Goddard House Assisted Living looking to add to our team of excellence, seeking a Community Relations Assistant to assit with the marketing and promotion of our community. The Marketing and Sales Coordinator will report directly to the Director of Community relations and to the community's Executive Director.


This is a Temporary Part Time/24 hours a week position.


The Marketing and Sales Coordinator will support the Director of Community Relations and the Executive Director in all aspects of the sales and marketing of the community including:

  • Relationship building and networking
  • Identifying  and participating in outreach opportunities
  • Event and trade show appearances and coordination
  • Present the community and specialized programming to prospective residents and families, as well as professional referral sources and area visitors
  • Conducting presentations on behalf of the community including sales presentations and public education workshops
  • Data entry and reporting


  • Excellent communication skills, including a comfort with public speaking
  • Computer / digital technology proficiency
  • Desire to work with the elderly in a sensitive, supportive, and caring manner
  • Must be an experienced sales or marketing professional, where relationship-building skills have been proven
  • Experience is preferred in senior housing, health services or hospitality
